About
I'm johlem — an IT Security Officer based in Luxembourg. I work inside a regulated financial entity, where the interesting problems live at the intersection of detection engineering, offensive tradecraft, and European compliance regimes (DORA, NIS2, CSSF circulars).
This blog is where I write things down. Expect lab notes, detection write-ups, OSCP-adjacent offensive content translated into defender-useful artifacts, and the occasional compliance-meets-technical piece for people who have to explain firewalls to auditors.
